LG Electronics — Refrigerator problem

Hai this is Vijay....... I am purchase one refrigerator on two years (10/09/2008) back at LG show room GUNTAKAL (ANANTAPUR DISTRICT)... On 20/09/2010 my LG refrigerator has not working properly, and then I will complaint to customer care. After one month they will send two technical persons to my home. And they will dissemble all parts of the refrigerator, and then they will say COMPRESSOR PROBLEM. And they will say the compressor has 5years warranty .And they will took my LG refrigerator compressor send to LG company on that day. But still that date my LG refrigerator compressor has not refundable to my home .After few day s I call to LG company, but they will not responding properly, and avoiding my phone calls. To please solve my problem immediately. Iam sending my full details of my LG refrigeratos Model no. GL 194/2008… Type: Direct cooling system Gross volume: 185Lts Storage Volume 175Lts. Please rectify this problem with in short period………… thanking you sir.
