My LG Golden Eye TV model wont turn on. A few days back, I heard a crackling noise. Then after a couple days, the crackling turned to a soft screeching. Could it have gone bad? Please help!

i have make a complaint against L.G FLATRON GOLD WITH DYNAMIC WOOFER model on[protected] booked a complaint that T.V. is not functioning properly the color shades were changed and the brightness is also reduced, a red dot was appeared on screen while at the time of power off. the complaint was booked wide docket no. R.N.A[protected]. till today we made 5 phone calls every day, from the date of complaint booked. but there is no response from your customer care till date. for every phone call they told that your complaint is forwarded and being under process. so that what action should be taken by you, on your service center and technician.
