LG India — Ac not working after taking AMC from LG | |||
Hi , we are the consumer of LG India, we are using two tower AC's of them since last two years and from the day one my Ac's are not working fine which i have been telling LG from the day one . After completion of one year warranty they suggested us to go for AMC with them to avoid further problems . But after AMC also my problems are not resolved and still the Ac's are not working .Everytime we are registering compalints with there customer care and there engineer visit's but problem doesn't gets resolved . please suggest . LG TOWER AC — No support received
Logged a complaint on May 12th for floor based ac not cooling. It is still not fixed on May 17th. What is happening with LG? Company is going to go down badly if the after sales suport will reach such pits. Somebody from LG, please wake up and send somebody to repair.RNA:[protected]

WE ARE HERE FROM RAJ VEHICLES PVT LTD. CORPORATE CUSTOMER HAS PURCHASED TOWER ACS & LCD FROM YOUR DEALER IN THE NAME OF ELECTROWAVES. FROM THE DAY ONE OUR ACS ARE NOT WORKING AND SERVICES ARE VERY POOR.
