Hi,
I have registered for a complaint happened to my television (Flatron 21 Inch) on 27th of September 2011. The complaint no: is RMA[protected]. Frankly speaking even after 27 days, nobody has attended the complaint. I used to get a call from some lady, which I think it is customer service representative once in every week stating that the engineer will visit that day. But there is no engineer visit happened or even any call / response from the so called imaginary engineer till date (that is as on 20th Oct 2011).
Finally, I have taken the help of some local engineer and got the same repaired within no time. That also, not even costs the service charge or visit charge that LG charges.
This is RIDICULOUS SERVICE FROM LG. THE CITY I AM LIVING IS COCHIN, WHICH IS THE HEART OF THE STATE KERALA WITH PROPER NETWORK. STILL THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM YOUR COMPANY. SO I REALLY WONDER WHAT WOULD BE THE FATE OF CUSTOMERS AT FAR / REMOTE PLACES?
I WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CUSTOMERS FROM BUYING THE PRODUCTS OF LG. THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS BY NOT PROVISING ANY AFTER SALES SERVICE SUPPORT.
