LG India — Faulty Appliance | |||
We are thoroughly diappointed with the new refrigerator we bought on May 26, 2013 from Sony Mony store in Vile Parle (W), Mumbai. We had issues with a leaking door which after making several complaints and phone calls was finally replaced last weekend. Now we have issues with ice being formed all over the freezer section. What is the point of getting frost free refrigerator if there is ice/frost all over. We had initially asked for a complete replacement of the fridge since it was a faulty appliance in the first place. Even then only the door was replaced. This is by far the worst customer service we have experienced. Was this information helpful? | |||
