LG India — Microwave Oven not functioning

Hi, This is a message to point out your absolutely shoddy customer service. It has definitely put me off buying an LG product ever again. I lodged a complaint for a malfunctioning microwave oven on your toll free helpline. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed and to top it all off, when I contact the toll free number again today, I am redirected to contact the service centre ??!!. I call the service centre and they ask me to lodge a complaint again at the toll free number ? What customer experience exactly do you think you are providing ?
