I bought a lg km900 in march 2010.Just after three months of good performance,problems with the touch started creeping up.I have got it fixed three times from the service center,since it is still in the warranty period it did not cost me anything.I just got it back yesterday after they fixed it again,they've changed the touch panel,updated the software,and today i am again greeted with the touch not working properly!
I am completely bewildered as to what to do with this phone,as i can't even sell it!
I just cant it anymore,and i totally regret buying a lg phone for 19000.A complete waste!
Please advise what can be done,how to get it fixed?,or will the company replace it??? Was this information helpful? |
