LG / dealer(surya electronic) have delivered faulty product (I placed order on 14th feb with payment to dealer and received product after lot of follow-up after 4-5 day’s)
And now for replacement also LG saying that I have to wait because your(LG) vehicle is scheduled on weekly basis? Why should I wait for your comfort / timings?

Mr. Richard,
I have purchased product from Dealer located in PCMC area, not from Pune area. Now I don’t’ know from where you / Dealer deliver product from Pune or any were else.
I have nothing to do about this. What I know is I have paid money to buy the product, so now it’s Company’s responsibly to deliver it in time and in good shape..

It says prompt response after sales service. You you’re self check if you stands any where near to your company policy?
Your vehicle come to PCMC area on particular time that is your problem not my.
Why should customer suffer because of this?

It was not an excuse it is a fact. Your place is out side Pune Municiapl limits and owing to less no of deliveries in PCMC area, our vehicle is schudeled to go to PCMC on bi weekly basis.
As informed to you, our vehicle is coming to PCMC tomorrow and your product will be delivered to you tomorrow i.e. 26.2.10

I tried to call you on Phone no given in your signature[protected] today but unable to connect through EPBX sys at your end.
I spoke to Mr Richard about replacement of LCD
He gave me excuse that his delivery vehicle comes to Pimpari-Chinchwad area only twice a week so he will not deliver it till Friday?
I was asking him to deliver it by tomorrow.
It looks like any thing will happens LG will not do any thing beyond there routine process..
Here Customer care is nothing but costumer harassment.
I make mistake of buying your product and will not purchase any product from LG
I will not going to contact you any more on this but will defiantly take action my way.

Today LG service engineer visited my home for inspection of LCD and unable to resolve the fault in LCD.
I spoke to Your Branch Service Manger Mr. Richard Ravi Prasad and told him to replace the LCD with new one.
He told me that he will check available stock and will replace it.
>From day one I am facing problem from purchasing to delivery and now the product you send is faulty.
This is my first time I have changed my Brand from Sony to LG and disappointed with dealer serves, company service and quality of product.
I hope company will take quick action and will replace my LCD ASAP.

After that I received LCD after 5 days of delay and now I came to know that its left speaker is not working? (No sound from left speaker)
