LG LCD TV — PROBLEM NOT SOLVED UP TO 20 DAYS

I HAVE PURCHASED LG LCD TV ON 12.9.2011.IT GONE OUT OF ORDER ON 8.9.2012.I LODGED COMPLAINT TO DEALER OF GODHRA.
HE TOLD ME THAT COMPANY PERSON WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM WITHIN 24 HOURS. AFTER LAPSE OF 6 DAYS I CONTACT
CUSTOMER CASE OF L.G. COMPANY TECHNICIAL CAME AFTER 7 DAYS HE ONLY SEE THE LCD AND TOLD ME THAT SOME PARTS IS
REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED AND WILL COME AFTER 7 DAYS. AS PER PROMISE BY CUSTOMER CARE OF L.G. CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
IS SOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS. THIS IS TOTALLY LIE. TODAY AFTER 18 DAYS COMPANY PERSON CAME AND CHECKED LCD AND TOLD
ME THAT ONE ANOTHER PARTS IS REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED AND WILL COME AFTER 7 DAYS. SIR I AND MY FAMILY IS LIVING WITHOUT LCD SINCE LAST 15 DAYS.EVERY TECHNICIAL IS TEELING DIFFERENT THINGS AND TWISTING THE MATTER AND HARRASING ME AND GIVING MENTAL TOURCHARING TO ME AND MY FAMILY AS TV IS MOST ESSENTIAL IN THIS DAYS.AS PER MY EXPERIENCE LG COMPANY HAS NO QUALIFIED TECHNICIAL AT PANCHMAHALS AND NO OFFICER IS READY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.ALL ARE PASSING TIME AND HARRASING ME. SIR, WHY FIRST TIME MY TV NOT CHECKED COMPLETELY? WHY AFTER 15 DAYS SECOND TIME TECHNICIAL IS TELLING ANOTHER THINGS? IS IT NOT DUTY OF COMPANY TO SEND QUALIFIED TECHNICIAL WHO CAN AT ONCE CHECK AND DECIDE THE FAULTOF MY TV.? SIR,I AM TIRED FROM LG COMPANY AND LG COMPANY IS SENDING NEW TECHNICIAL INSTEAD OF THOSE WHO HAS CHECKED FIRST TIME.I HAVE SO MANY EMAIL TO HIGHER OFFICIALS AND ALSO TELEPHONICE TALKED WITH HIM, BUT ALL ARE PASSING TIME.THE MAIN MOTTO OF LG COMPANY IS TO HARRASE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF GIVING QUICK SERVICE IN THE CRUSICAL COMPITION AS PER MY PERSONAL OPINION. I AM FULLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE GIVEN BYME BY LG COMPANY TO ME.
SO MY COMPLAINT IS THAT WHY MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE AFTER LAPSE OF 15 DAYS.?WHY CUSTOMER CARE IS TELLING THAT OUR PERSON WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS?WHAT IS THE USEOF TELLING LIE TO THECUSTOMER? WHY FIRST TECHNICIAL NOT CHECKED MY TV COMPLETELY WHEN HE CAME FIRST TIME? WHY ANOTHER TECHNICIAL SEND TO MY HOUSE AFTER 15 DAYS? WHY PARTS WILL TAKE 7 DAYS TO COME? WHY ASSURANCE IS GIVEN TO ME THAT YOUR COMPLAINT WILLSOLVE WITHIN 24 HOURS?IT IS YOUR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER? YOU ARE MAKING FOOL TO ME? I WILL CANVASS IN MY CITY NOT TO PURCHASE LG PRODUCT BECAUSE AFTER SALE SERVICE IS VERY POOR OFYOUR COMPANY.

L.G — problem is not solved

i have bought a new lg bl20 v chocolate mobile phone on 12/5/10. costing Rs. 10000
IMEI Number is[protected] serial number is 003KPUU621150. from the date of buying this phone i m suffering from lots of the problems like hange up , battery back up , heat up of cell , automatic switch off and so on.
when i make complain in service center they exchange my set after near about 30 days .
and i got new hand set whose IMEI NO; IS[protected] Serial no :004KPGS632791
but after few days the same problems are repeated again and i have made at least 100 times complain against it but my problem is haven't solve yet . my phone is in warranty period so please help me with this problem

after compalaing my problem on this site i got the call from my local L.G care center office . and they ask me to deposit my phone thier for exchange it. i have deposited my phone their but nearly 1 month is have been passed but i havent get any phone in the exchange of my phone back till yet .
