[Resolved] LG / LED 4500 — No Display | |||
I have purchased LED 32' (LG LED 4500) TV from "Digital BestBuy Company LTD."with Invoice No.-H 45405/139 on Dated 09.05.2011.Now My TV not displaying any thing. I have lodged complaint many times but did not get any solution from LG . My complaint no is ;- RNA[protected]few days back).Do the needful action immediately. Dear Sir,
Still we have not received proper response from your side.The service engineer had visited my house to rectify the issue, after his visit he told me some part is not working and we have to replace it .but he said it will be chargeed service.then I talked to Mr. Kishan Yadav (Area Manager) mob-[protected] And Mr. Ajayangi (Branch Manager), They told me that we have not get confirmation from head office and we will charged it .then I told him that please give me in written that we will not do it free. then they said we can't help you.talk to head office. after that I am not able to get a proper feed back / responds from the service center. So please go through the complaint no and advice / mail me how can I get good response from your end. If you are not able to rectify the issue please give me in written that i can't do it. Please do whatever you feel good.
