LG LSP - 350T — Inefficiency in internet services

I am Mr.Prasant kumar mailing behalf of Ms. Manju Aravindashan.. As a customer of tata indicom am not at all satisfied with the services providing from ur side.. See i got internet connection from tata indicom, but from past 3 months its not working. and i called up customer care somany times but got very bad experience from their side... they are not even responding to my situation. i think cal landing is at Hydrabad..I already talk with more than 8 to 10 customer care executives. Like Mr.Prashanth, Mr. Pradeep,Mr. Vinu, Mr.Jayan,Mr. Mukundan,Ms. Chitra and so an so.... and i got an oppertunity to talk with Mr. Siva (floor superior). Every time they used to tell it'l b solved with in next 24 hrs..but still its the same.From past 3 months am trying to get rid off thes stuffs of problems.
First they told one system adminstator executive will come and solve this prob... he didn't come ok..and I get back to customer care .. they replay was something supecious... they told me that the problem is only relating to usp cable... hw come they relaize that its al regarding usp without checking it. Really its amazing...[protected],87370593,87045387,[protected] these are some of the complaint no: i got from customer care...,.
On this occation I want 2 highlite one more thing... that is .. U r great customer care executives does know the hub detailes also.. The higher authority should ensure this and give idea to the executives that which Hub is working and which on eis not... they give me 2 address that i can walk in to aHub and solve my problem..One is in Ankens Building, Vakam. and the other Paikkttu Building,Thalayolaparambu.. Unfortunately both are not working and main thing is it is being closed before last December... Dont u feel it is disgusting. shame on u ..
I got the idea that its not goingto be solved even i want to inform all these stuffs to higher authority.
