[Resolved]  LG Refrigerator — Defective Piece with repetitive failure

I brought an LG refrigerator last year and has been facing recurring problems with this refrigerator. I had contact customer service departments multiple times but with no resolution to the issues faced. Over the period of last three months, LG engineers had

First, declared it as manufacturing defects and asked us to wait/try with a timer replacement
Second time, declared that gasket needs to be placed as no Vaseline was applied to refrigerator lining (an eye opener for me)
Lastly, when problem persisted asked us to allow them to take it for monitoring and wait for some kind of communication from them. As expected no one turned up for collectiin refrigerator.

I am assuming they are waiting for warranty period to lapse so that they can start charging me for the services and part replacement.

following email sent to them is returned -This is the same email id appearing on their booklet supplied with the product - no body is lifting the phone when they realised the fault.

The piece came in a Box and your people opened and installed at my residence. On the upper door a blue colour sticker was affixed - showing' whirpool logo -world's no.1 home appliance company' Till this time I did not detached this lable as it was looking attractive. Suddenly, on 16th April, sticker had fallen as it might have lost the grip in view of lapse of time. I was shocked to notice that behind the sticker there was a 'dent' Immediately next day I phoned on 66950695 a person talked nicely and gave me above complaint number - MB[protected] Dt. 17.4.09 even your representative Mr. Ravi attended the complaint on the same day and noticed the dent behind the sticker. he said door will be replaced. I was impressed as complaint was attended quickly. on 18.4.2009 around 11.30 am Mr. Ravi rang and informed my residence that door can not be replaced as 15 days have passed. I have to talk to Mr. Yadav on tel no.26761695. I tried number of times for 30/40 minutes it was found ringing only. It is a fact that somebody affixed the Sticker to conceal the dent.The person affixing the sticker was aware about the dent before delivery. Now I can not dream what is behind the sticker. I was not aware that this type of faul play will be there and now I am told that 15 days have been passed and nothing can be done. This is really a shocking and cheating to the customer - supplying damaged and defective piece cunningly I would suggest some senior person should look into the matter to take care of customer and keep the image of the Company. INC[protected] ;BILL NO.673" BY GOPI AGENCIES (P)LTD . INITIALLY DUE TO WINTERS IT WORKED EFFICIENTLY BT LATER IT HAS THE POOREST COOLING AND ITS BODY IS ALSO NOT IN ITS PROPER CONDITION. THE DOOR HANGS OUTWARDS. DEALER RUNS OUT OF THE SITUATION DUE TO UNEFFICIENT OFFICER OF THE COMPANY NAMED" DEEPAK" . WE ALSO MADE MANY COMPLAINTS TO THE COMPANY AND THEIR DATES ARE:

BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE YET. AT LAST I WANT TO CONCLUDE THAT LASTLY I REACHED THE DEALER AND WARNED HIM THAT WITHIN 2 DAYS IF THE REFRIGERATOR WOULD NOT BE REPLACED THEN A LEGAL COMPLAINT WOULD BE FILED IN THE CONSUMER COURT BUT STILL THERE IS NO EFFECT .
