LG SE in Kol south found not
compitent and useig dulicate spare and chargig huge amount money from
customer. I beg to state as under: 1) The washing machine purchasd on
11/10/06 , model no WD-10180 TP , serial no 407PNRT089046 (TROMM)
front loaded , last few month having some problems. and the complain
lodged to toll free no[protected]. First problems noticed that the
machine failed to release water after final washing and for that we had
to call LG service centre 3 times. First 2 times they could not make
out the actual diffect and gave us false and febricated statement viz
water content with iron whih was found not correct. And 3rd time
visited by the person who found shocker problem and aparently he
change out the pair of shocker which is fitted underneath the drum.
Need to be noted that the said shocker which was not the same part not
matching which was not the original one as defected. Personally
pointed out by me about the matter of wrong spare parts. ur service
persnal said that was correct one. 2. After that followed by next two
months machine was running but it was vibrating too much specially
while spinning. On 30th Sept . we were using the macine with the
seting of 30 min programme where we found during the washing lot of
water was draining from underneath the maching and the water was
coming outall over the floor . 3. The complain lodged again with
complain no 310A0100044 on 1st oct ,so far no action taken by LG service center
