hi,
i am Dr Ruju Doshi, from Hyderabad. I have LG washing machine front load, 7 kg.
we noticed sopme water leakage from bottom of the machine 4 days ago and for same i have registered a complaint with custmor care contact number.
my complaint number is c[protected].
i contacted first time on 13th april. i was promised some one will call within 24 hours, which never happened. so after waiting for one more day i again called up on 15th april. again i was pronmised the same thing.
now today is 16th april and it is well past 24 hours 3 times ... no call from anyone regarding these.
i am a professional, Consultant radiologist practising in hyderabad... it is extremely irritating unprofessional behaviour from LG service persons. it is very inconvinient to have washing machine not working for 4-5 days.. i hope you all understand.
I want some higher authority to take some action for this and solve my problem.

Customer Service is the most significant asset for a company's survival and prestige!
If a doctor of this level is unhappy with the service, she should be given free serivce for the next 1 year!
