[Resolved]  Lic India — Online Premium receipt not generated

Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I am a CLIA having Ag Code No. 07257443.I have collected a Premium against Policy No.[protected] of Rs.379 by cheque No. 069038 dt.09/03/09 of Axis Bank Ltd. having MICR No.[protected] on dt.09/03/09 from my premium point. But unfortunatly due to technical fault neither its premium receipt nor invoice was generated.So, LIC Branch office 443 is unable to accept the premium amount without invoice.So, the above mentioned chque is pending with me.

Apart from this Policy I had successfully received invoice and premium receipt of other Policies and deposited invoice and premium amount in LIC Branch office 443.

I have sent email to Mr.Nilesh Sathe at [protected]@gmail.com on 10th March 09 at 7:59 am and to [protected]@licindia.com at 8:06 am.regarding this.Mr.Sathe has suggested me contact here.
So, I request you to suggest me what should I do.
