[Resolved]  Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Urgent Request for PAN Deactivation from ENVOY Portal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Manab Jyoti Kalita, ex-agent of Life Insurance Corporation of India, holding Agency Code 0233048H. I am writing to formally request the disengagement of my PAN (EAAPK8254A) from the ENVOY portal.

I have resigned from my LIC agency and received the official No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Sr. Branch Manager, LIC of India, Mirza Branch, dated 09 June 2025. The certificate confirms that there are no dues or liabilities pending with the corporation.

Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to complete the self-deactivation process on the ENVOY portal.

For your reference and necessary action, I have attached a copy of the NOC to this email.

I request you to kindly initiate the process of disengaging my PAN from the ENVOY portal at the earliest, enabling me to proceed with new employment in the insurance sector.
