[Resolved] Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Logic Displaying Error Denied by Password consecutive character policy

Hallo Team, LIC portal is displaying error "Denied by Password consecutive character policy", while trying to reset password and there is no guide or the explanation about the error. This is pretty difficult when I have to pay the insurance premium that is due. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jan 5, 2025 Complaint marked as Resolved well! it didn't indicate the guidelines', leading to confusion. Message states character policy whereas the guidelines were indicate at the bottom. Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
