Lic India — Complaint Against LIC branch 115, branch manager and policy[protected]

It’s a complaint against LIC New Delhi Branch -115 and complaint against Branch manager Mr. M K Bhatt (Mobile Number - +91-[protected]) for his Rude, Uninformative and Irresponsible Behavior. On submitting the application for the policy cancellation of Policy Number[protected]Jeevan Saral) on 14th may 2012 (within 15 days of document receiving), I was informed that I will receive my policy refund check within 10 days, to get the updated status I called the branch-115 at official time in the first half around 12:00 O’clock today (i.e. 23-may-2012) on office phone numbers[protected] / 35 / 36) provided by the customer care available on 1251, no one in the office received the call, later on contacting the customer care available on 1251, provide the mobile number of the branch manager Mr. M K Bhatt (Mobile Number - +91-[protected]), on communicating with him on his mobile number even after providing my complain details, policy number and concerns, instead of providing necessary details, he was asking all irrelevant questions like from where did I got this mobile number and was talking very rudely, somehow on insisting he just provide the status of the policy i.e. it’s got cancelled (but as per customer care available on 1251, policy number mentioned above is still active) and disconnected the call without answering my another question (about refund details) with the comment that "I am having 6.5 lakh customers".

There is very simple question do my policy is out of those 6.5 lakh customers, Is it the correct way to communicate by a "honorable and responsible" person holding the key designation of the branch manager.

Please do the Needful!!! And please revert back with the details of the status of the policy and refund details.

It’s a complaint against LIC Branch Premier chamber Baroda 87 - B complaint against Office staff for his Rude, Uninformative and Irresponsible Behavior r. On submitting the application for our outstanding payment the policy I was informed that I am having many costomers.

There is very simple question do my policy is out of customers, Is it the correct way to communicate the Needful!!! And please revert back with the details of the status of the policy and refund details.
