not believe in taking the matter seriously. pl take action against erring member

it was stop due change in bank account I payed fine to restart it but still from five months it is not started. Please check it and start my policies and send my statements which I have not received from 1 years please check what is the problem. I suddenly went for bank statement and I came to know that my premium is not continued.
I am unaware what is the problem why dis is happening please see to it and start with my premium as early as possible.When my policies was stop that time after fine and with premium I gave my agent 5000 rupees for that also i have not received any statement please help me as soon as possible.

I hope you will do the needful as early as possible.
