LIC — Usage Cannot Be Checked

Good evening sir,
I AM K.RAVINARAYANAN(MANAGER MICRO INSURANCE LIC).I APPLIED BROADBAND CONNECTION ON SEPTEMBER 1ST WEEK. I HAVE PUT 500C+PLAN.i CANT CHECK MY USAGE. PLEASE REPAIR IT.ALSO THE LAMPS ARE NOT BLINKNIG WELL.TOTALLY THE BROADBAND CONNECTION IS NOT WELL.
