This agent did a big fraud with my family and also with so many peoples in Patna. He has collected all policies premium but not paid and due to this all policies got Revived(Suspended). This agent (Abinash Kumar Singh) has very good relation with his all customers from past 20 years. Many times he paid the premium and later collected money from his customers. So, every one is having good faith on him. But from year 2010 he started this fraud, he collected money but not paid single premium in LIC office. He has targeted mainly Govt Officers. He has taken 1.5 LAKH rupees from my father but didn't paid and because of him my father policy got Revived.

Last year due to brain hamrege my father death happened. When I went to LIC office for claim I was socked, all my policy was suspended because of premium due and I can't go for claim. I was under impression we will get around 11, 00, 000 from LIC which will be a big support for my mother but because of this fraud agent I lost our all money. I don't have word to say but hope people can understand for a middle class family what is a value of 11 lakh rupees.

My father 2 policies:
1. Jivan Anand 2, 00, 000
2. Jivan Saral: 9, 00, 000

I started searching this agent and told him all this matter he said he has paid all the premium and he will claim mine policy. I have done all the formalities and given him both policy for claim. Due to time constraint I went back to my job after 2 months. After 3 months I got Rs 73, 000 from LIC for Jivan Anand but after 1 year also there is no update of other policy.

Apart from this, he taken also taken money for mine, my bother and my mother policy but not paid. Due to this all these policies are dead.In this fraud whole family is involved, I searched his home and went many times but his wife is not ready to give his contact number or any information. Like me, many people has been admitted same case about this agent. He was constructed his own house in outer side with this money.

After long struggle finally I found his home but facing difficulty to get my original policy certificate.

Because i want once again loan amount on urgent basis

I am Shib Shankar Das Policy No[protected].This policy has been matured on 28.06.2014. Last premium was deposited June'2014 .The premium has deposited directly from my salary.
It is grievances of myself that 1. Local authority have not given information about my maturity. 2. Extra premium has been deposited, but local authority does not informed me & my office. 3. After searching all document, I am contact with bilaspur branch-1 Branch code 384. All documents and certificate of bond has deposited on 21.07.2014. But, till dated they have not taken any action.

My question is, who will bear the loss of one month delayed and what about my extra diposited mony?
