[Resolved] Lic Of India — not able to register online

i have 5 policies of this company 3-8 years old. being in ARMY we are constantly on the move like the Gujjars. lic policy no are[protected],[protected],[protected],006,007 &00( wife and daughters incl . one of the policy surrendered and another deposited at Meerut ( UP ) last duty stn for loan.) i am unable get the info online. while registering i am either informed that service is temp out of order or my land line is invalid my land line no is[protected] . i have tried[protected] as well. Hi,

I took a policy for my daughter. I am trying to register to there website so that I can pay the premium.
I am not able to register her. When I am calling there customer service, they are disconnecting saying the executives are busy. Is this the way the biggest insurance company operates ?
Why should I submit the cheques everytime when I have online facility.

Whenever I try to register online for online payment of my premium I get following error

"Policy is already registered.Please try different Policy number."

My Policy # [protected]
Premium amount = 3725

LIC OF INDIA — not able to register

I am holding policy of LIC Of India. I wanted to know status of policy. I tried several times but can not registered as new user. It shows wrong data entered. I am entering the perfect data as required in the box. I am entering it as mentioned on policy certificate.
