[Resolved] Lic Of India — Online premium payment portal not working | |
Dear Sir, Life insurance corporation of India's portal for online premium payment is not working fine. It is giving the error message that 'Server is too busy' evertime whenever I used to log-in. When I am trying to call their customer care it always give me a message you are in queue that is why not able to log a complain in customer care. I am complaining against the online premium payment service as well as customer care services of LIC. Please take appropriate action against such insurance providers.
