[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Non receipt of LIC Health Card

Sir,

I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have a policy with LIC of India No.[protected]LIC' Health Plus) and Rs.10,000 is being paid everyear as a premium since 2008. I am very much regret to note the poor service rendered by LIC of India as I am still waiting to get the TPA Card of Myself and for my son.

Now, I would request you to intervene in this matter and resolve the issue.

LIC OF INDIA — non receipt of health card

I bought a Jeevan Arogya policy no.[protected] dated 21/09/2011 in the name of my son.Although the policy paprs have been given but the health card has not been received so far.Please send the same immediately.
