[Resolved]  LIC Of India — Correction of name in LIC Policy

I have purchased a Policy No.[protected] in March 2005 in the name of my minor son Akshay Sharma. But all the receipts and Policy Certificate Shown incorrect name Akhsay Kumar. I have invested too much time then premium for correction of name through Agent. I have visited in the office of LIC in Aditya Mega Mall, Near Karkardooma Court, Delhi and submit an application for correction of name. Further, I have make a registration in LIC Web Site and registered a complaint for the same. I have not received any reply from the LIC Office till now. I feel LIC gives tension against premium. who is responsible for this, I do not know. But, I want a solution urgently.

I was terminated from Tata Technologies Ltd., Company has purchased an Annuity under Master Policy No. 635308 issued by Life Insurance Corporation of India. Detil informations are :

Date of Birth - 10/01/1957
Date of Vesting - 21/05/2008
Description of Annuity - Annuity with return of Capital
Purchase Price - 325692.00
Gross Insatlment Amt - 24378.00
Mode of Annuity Payment - Tearly in Arrears
Mode of First Payment - Yearly in Arrears

Now the Problem is my Name listed as A. Chaudhury in place of ASHIS CHAUDHURY. Base on this short form of name its very deficuly to clear premium cheque. Please help me to get correct my name as ASHIS CHAUDHURY in place od A. Chaudhuri.
