I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the continued registration of my PAN number in an insurance agent/advisor portal, which is causing difficulties in my association/registration with another insurance company.

I had already requested the concerned insurance company to deactivate my agent/advisor code and remove my PAN from their records. However, the issue has still not been resolved.

Due to this active registration, I am unable to proceed further with other insurance-related opportunities. Therefore, I humbly request IRDAI to kindly intervene in this matter and direct the concerned company to deactivate my agent code and remove/unlink my PAN from their insurance advisor portal at the earliest.
