[Resolved]  Lic Of India — non payment of premium by agent

Details:
I have given Rs.6000 to Sh.Jitendra Kumar Dwivedi LIC Agent at Westcott Building, MG Road. Kanpur for revival of my policy & deposit of premium & it was informed me that premium was deposited and Premium Paid statement is also showing that through cheque Agent has deposited the premium. But the cheque deposited by him was returned to my Kanpur house as unpaid due to insufficient funds. I am surprised to note that when I have given cash why he has deposited the premium through cheque causing bounch back of cheque. Keeping faith in LIC and its agents I have given cash but he has manipulated to me as well as LIC also. Please take necessary steps against the agent and intimate me the deposit of premium by them

sir mera policy no.[protected] and[protected] hai jiska agent code no.06438224 and d.o.code no.0006433 hai.mujhe pata chala hai ki agent ne meri policy se lon nikal kar kist jama kia hai.jab ki mai nagad kist bhi agent ko dia hai.agent dwara mere bond bhi liya gaya hai jo abhi tak dia nahi gaya.thanks
I HAVE LIC POLICY NO.[protected] . IT WAS STARTED IN 28.03.2006 PREMIUM MONEY RS.1765 HLY. AGENT NAME :- DEEPAK SHARMA AGENT CODE :[protected]. HE HAD NOT DEPOSITED MY PREMIUM AMOUNT WHICH HE HAS TAKEN FROM ME FROM MY HOME FOR DEPOSITING THE SAME IN MARCH 2007. I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I CAME TO KNOW FROM LIC OFFICE THAT MY LIC POLICY HAS BEEN LAPSED DUE TO NOT PAYMENT OF PREMIUM. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT AT LIC OFFICE AT KOTMA DIST ANNUPPUR (M.P) BUT TILL NOW MORE THAN 6 MONTHS HAS BEEN PASSED NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY LIC OFFICE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO? WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THE AGENT CAN AGENTSHIP CAN BE CANCELLED FOR SUCH AGENT? OR FROM HIS COMMISION MY INSTALLMENT SHOULD BE PAID.
