Ref: Premium got deducted twice thru on line portal transaction Written Life Insurance Corporation of India that I’ve paid the premium Rs.7, 538.00 against policy no.[protected]KM.PRIYANCEE A/S SWEETY) with your on line payment gateway but due to some software problem, amount has been cut twice a time (Ref: MSBI[protected]IG03786299 transfer to [protected] & MSBI[protected]IG[protected][protected] Tr. No. : PR[protected]) from my saving account dated 06/10/2008 at 18:55:15 hr. Further I’ve submitted the online complaints#124036 inturn LIC replied, Duplicate payment is refunded to our vendors to be credited to ph.Ph shall get the credit in his account & Complaint is closed.but I’ve not received the refund Kindly refund the same at the earliest Sunil katiyar Was this information helpful? lic of india — Premium deduction two times

Dear Sir,
I have paid lic policy premium amount of RS.2684 on 28.10.08 through ICICI internet banking via WWW.licindia.com.First time i tried and i didn't get receipt on screen, so i cancelled and second time i tried and receipt was displayed on screen.
Yesterday(02.11.08) i went to ICICI Atm and i had taken Mini statement and found that premium amount was deducted two times from my savings account.(A/C.No:[protected].

First Transaction Number :BIL/[protected].10.08
Second Transaction Number :BIL/[protected].10.08

SO i request you to credit that same amount into my ICICI savings account positively.

LIC Policy NO:[protected] ; Premium:Rs.2684;Mode of Pay:Qtly

Dear Sir,
My policy no[protected] Against this policy I have paid Two times, 1. I have paid through my debit card on 22/03/2010 and it was updated and I got a policy recipt for my online, before that I have paid 15/02/201 through my credit card at the tine your merchant was not credited through my account the same amunt by was devited on 28/03/201 through my credit card. So kindly check and give the status

Premium deducted twice from my account
This is regarding the premium I paid towards policy #[protected]. I paid premium on 07th August 2010 through LIC gateway but on 10th August2010, automatically premium amount of Rs. 2470 is deducted from my account. I consulted ICICI bank for the same and they said it is a request made by LIC of India and automatic debit was made from my account. Hence I request you to please work on this issue and transfer back my money because it is meaningless to pay premium twice in a year for the same policy.
