My policy no[protected] relates to B.O. Sant Nagar Karnal. Policy was forclosed due to non payment of loan instalment within 5 years .Loan interst was paid vide receipt no 7338251 dt. 24.12.05 within 3 years of loan received but the policy was forclosed due to non payment within 5 years. Had it not been forclosed , I would have depsoted all my dues in time. Now I am deprived of benefits , it is non of my fault , the mistske is that the credit amount was not taken by the computer
Kidnly solve my problem and give me all benefits
