[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Non receipt of policy payment after surrender of policy

Dear Sir,
My daughter and wife purchased LIC market plus policy from LIC of India Chawani-I Branch, Kota due to urgent need of money both are surrender their policies for pre-matured payment after 3 years as per condition of the policy Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota accepted policy duly all documents and origional policy on 7.April.2010 & assured them to pay money with in a week period but it is regretted that Branch Manager Chawani-I Kota have not given satisfactory reply for not receipt payament after more then 5 months & also not gave details of dispatch above policy to their head office this shows malafied intention of Branch Manager in create doughty that he wants some SUVIDHA SULKH as in other Govt. Company/deptt.
The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are seccured and they don't care custmer and want money against maturity payament "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"

Dear Madam/Sir,


I had booked my policy on 20th of August 2008 and the amount of Rs.4669/- has been debited in my SBI credit card account on the same day. It means that the essential process has been done from your end. I have contacted your people After 15 days about my policy status no any proper reply or action. It shows that your people were not really serious about my problem and you are not interested to serve you clients properly.

Please let me know one think, how will you debit in my credit card account without issuing the policy? I have been confirmed through telephone that the policy will be activated immediately and I will get the document within 7 days. I am wondering the way of your working style (Tata Group). I have talked with your Customer care representative three-four times at Mumbai but no any proper actions from your end.
What is this? I don’t know really. The way you are working is really pathetic.

I am continously sending a mail to your customer support division, but no any proper reply or action from you.

Please look in to this immediately and solve my problem

Respected Sir,

With du humble regard i beg to state the i No[protected] CT/GD Rakesh Kumar am serving in Indo Tibetaban Border Police Force, MHA/Govt of India and presently posted in 35th Bn, ITB Police, Bimola Camp, Po-Kosi, Distt-Almora (Uttrakhand), Sh. Kush and Smt Bhawana Shah of LIC Agent were came in our campus and briefed to many jawans to join LIC. During the joining the the LIC i told them that our duty place is not permanent, i can posted far-flung areas of india hence i can not deposit out insstallment well time. On this they told that our installment will be deducted from my salary direct to Delhi. After few days when i had been deposit Rs.-3000/- to Smt. Bhawna Shah, she told that my installment can not deposit direct to my salary i.e. from delhi. Now i told her to return my Rs.-3000/- but after repeated request she did not return my deposit amount.

2. Therefore, you are requested that my amount of Rs.-3000/- may kindy be returned me at the earliest otherwise i will take action against this kind lier information. Sir My policy No is[protected] date of commencement is-24.02.2011, Plan and term-165-21, Sum assured-375000.
