Dear Sir,

I am mohan rao and my lic policy no. is[protected] dated 28.01.1992 yearly premium being Rs.2558/- and was for a period of 25 years and the policy is due to mature on 28.01.2017. The term and table is 89.25 and I have nominated my wife D Chandrika as the nominee of this policy. I have not given any email id. I have tried to login as new user by giving my policy no but I am getting a message that I have already registered. I do not remember my USER NAME. When I tried to take help of forgot user name, a message is popping up saying the username is already sent to email id. This exercise I have tried several times and there is not a single mail sent to my email id. May I kindly request you to register my email id as [protected]@yahoo.co.in is erroneously there is a mistake at your end in registering correctly my email id.
