Lic Of India — Non Payment of Survival benefit amount and Non information on Maturity of Policy

I am an Employee of BHEL Hyderabad. All the premium of the policies in my name are deducted from my monthly salary.
One Insurance Policy No[protected] was due for payment of Survival benefit amount on[protected]. LIC of India neither bothered to send the cheque to my home nor intimated to me about the amount due to me. LIC earlier used to send the Post dated cheques' one month in advance . They have not sent the amount so far. Luckily I was browsing all my documents when I noticed the issue. on contacting LIC, the careless answer was that the cheque was sent but reported un delivered due to locked door - A standard answer of LIC.

Another policy No[protected] matured on[protected]. There is no intimation from LIC that the payment is due and that I have to submit necessary documents. Due to the negligence of LIC , I have lost interest on the amount, and the response from LIC is Tardy. On advise from a colleague, I have submitted the necessary documents to the LIC agent who initially made me subscribe to the policy

Request concerned authorities to take suitable action on the concerned staff and ensure that the interest due from[protected] till date is also paid to me and that justice should be done. Would be grateful. I do not know how many more citizens of this country are suffering this plight. may a strong lesson be taught to the wrong doers in the LIC

LIC OF INDIA — money not paid on maturity.

ref my policy no 48232548 and their meerut office letter no /25 dated 21/7/06. i am yet to receive the policy amount on maturity. LIC MUST PAY THE AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.
I also felt that LIC officials are harassing customers at the time of settlement of claims on surredering their policies. For example, Branch Manager and staff (especially Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Branch Manager and deepak thapa dispatch clerk) posted at LIC Branch No.112, N-69, Connought Circus, New Delhi) are most corrupt officials in the branch. They used to retains customer's cheques for want of money.

They openly challenge thay noboday touch them because they are highhanded people.

In the present era of globalisation and open markets, when most countries int he world are trying to improve their services / quality, the corrupt officials of LIC at N-69, Connaught Circus, New Delhi are harassing customers. If not improved, in the near future, the LIC and its officials will he on roads.

LIC INSURANCE POLICY — NON RECEIPT OF MATURITY AMOUNT

I had an insurance policy # 19534062 maturd in the year 1997 The maturity value is Rs 6000 and serviced by LIC malleswaram branch. I have not received the maturity amount so afr
I Singh Ram Policy No. in which the premium paid through deduction from Salary at Govt. College Jhajjar Distt. Rohtak in the actual policy no from the year 1972-74. The Policy No.[protected] in which the amount was deposited regularly till January 2007 from November 1991 from N.M. Govt. College Hansi Distt. Hisar Haryana India. The Policy Docunents was stolen in 1990. Now Please suggest the remedy of this case.

My name Mrs. Jayashri S Sane. My father's name Mr. Hanamant Hari Patwardhan. He is 80 yrs. old at this date. He was employeed in Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. Walchandnagar. Tal. Indapur. Dist. - Pune (From 1934 to 1989) He was insured with LIC through co. the agent's name was Mr. Adke. Policy matters are handled by Baramati rision. I think.He was also employed in WIL. Co. has deducted installments from his salary . But we don't get any papers from co. and nor from LIC .

I sincerely request you to look in the matter and inform us accordingly. Now he is in need of money .Till date he don't get anything from LIC .

LIC has enlarged the Customer base, without giving proper attention to the Customer support/ service side, and were suffering from High headed ness, and because of once monopoly in the market have given a lot of pain to their customers and allowed other players as well as competitors to come in the Country and lost the Business, - But still the Bureucrats are not trying to improve the situation .
onthe other hand though they are enjoying with the Cutomers's money but neglect them and misbehave with their honoured customer - which need be dealt with strict and penal action.

POLICY — NON ISSUE OF SURVIVAL BENEFITS

I HAVE POLICY WITH LIC OF INDIA POLICY NUMBER[protected]. WHICH SURVIVAL BENIFIT OF RS 15000.00 WAS DUE ON 09 SEP 09. BUT THE AMOUNT NOT RECEI9VED TILL TO DATE. WHEN CALLING TO BRANCH THEY ARE NOT GIVIN THE AMOUNT ISSUE DETAIL OF THE PROBLEM WHY THE AMOUNT NOT ISSUED. PLEASE CHECK THE STATUS.

SB -Money back policy — non payment of survival benefit

In respect of SB against my policy No:[protected], due on 28/03/2008 still pending. Already written Complaint longed to Mr. Rajesh Guptha Branch manager, Poonamallee Br, Chennai and Zonal manager Chennai. But no feedback received sofar.

LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATE OF INDIA — MISPLACE OF CHEQUE FOR MATURING AMOUNT

Money Back Policy No.[protected], Cheque for Maturing Amount Rs.13928/- received vide letter dated 11.03.2010, Unfortunately the Cheque has been misplaced and could not be remitted in the bank.

Kindly request you to Stop Payment for the old Cheque and issue me a Fresh Cheque for the above said amount.

Life Insurance Corporation of India — regarding non payment of maturity amount

This is in regard to policy no[protected] of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Goel which matured on 28/05/2010. All the formalities were completed two months backs but till now no proceedings have been done in the case.

Life Corporation of India — Non Return of Maturity Amount

I, Karan Singh had requested to refund of Jeevan Surbhi Policy No[protected] dt 12 Jun 1997 vide my registered letter No KSS/01/Pers dt 07 Oct 2010 by submitting the original Policy. In return, Pithoragarh Branch send a form to me for filling up and signature . I returned the same duly filled up and signed by 1st week of Nov 2010. Even expiry of more than six month period, no response has been received from Pithoragarh Branch. Request take necessary action and remit my policy maturity amount immediately.

LIC of India/ Insurance — Maturity Payment

Mr Hira Lal, my husband an employee of RBI,Patna having Policy No[protected] under Salary Saving Scheme claimed for full and final payment of the said policy on 19.02.2009 with proper discharge voucher alonghwith original bond and other papers. But no intiatioan have been taken from concern official. Waiting fter three month, request letter was send on 29.05.2009 to the Branch Manger, LICI, Branch-I, Jeewandeep Building, Exihbition Road,Patna and copy to the Divisional Manager/Zonal Manager, patna for early payment.Result of this, an assuarence letter was received by my husband through the Regioanl Manager(CRM) vide their letter no-ECZO/CRM/COMP/ dated 05.06.2009 that they have taken up the matter for immediate disposal with the Sr. Divisional Manageer, Patna Division.and Mr. C N Mitra, Manager(CRM) was refered as contact official for further correspondences with his telephone no[protected]. But thousands of personal contacts were not able to knock the cruel hearts of the Cruel officials of LIC Department to make payment till the death of my husband on 07.08.2011.And he have not get his own survivl benefits in his life. Now, the hungry soul of my husband crying hungerfully for the payment alongwith compensesation.
