RE: MASTER POLICY NUMBER 610239 - with LIC MUMBAI

I have not received my medical benefit cheque for April 2011. I have to follow it up, as they never send it as applicable, in October and April annually. Last week I emailed S.Karekar of P&GS Dept, MDO-1, reminding for this payment. I have been sent FALSE information that this was paid last year to me. In fact, last year I was paid for October 2009 & April 2010 only in August 2010, after my several reminders. From my records, I have sent copy of Seema Karekar's email of July 2010, (informing me that these two payments would be made in August 2010), so that they can update their incorrect records. I have not received any response at all. I wonder how they can send false information. Please route this message to their Chairman, as many other members too would be duped same way. Thanks.
