Not Received LIC Insurance Bond Non Receipt of LIC Bond POLICY BOND NOT RECEIVED CHEQUE GIVEN 04.04.2009 AND PASSED FROM MY BANK A/C Dear Sir, myself Shankar patel from Vapi, Gujarat. i had taken two policy on 29.03.2009 . 1. Rs.3600/- premium cheque no.514093 of icici bank and it is passed from my bank on 08.04.2009 2. Rs.8196/- Premium cheque no.514094 of icici bank and it is passed from my bank on 08.04.2009 above two policy BOC no.34436 & 34437 above policy taken from Vapi Branch, Dist:- Valsad, Gujarat i had received one Policy no.[protected] of Rs.3600/- premium and it is open on 03.10.2009 , i had given cheque on 25.03.2009 ( after Six Month ) give me reply for late opening six month policy other Premium Rs.8196/- paid till Date ,i had not received Policy bond , i visited three times personely for this but any person do not give proper answer. what about my Rs.8196/- ? LIC OF INDIA / INSURANCE — NON RECEIPT OF POLICIES EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR
I had taken 15 policies bearing nos.[protected] to[protected] on 30.06.2007 in the name of my son B Gopikrishna. I have also paid the premiums due in the month of June 2008. Till date LIC has not sent the relative policies.LIC has not sent the policies to my son as per the prevailing procedure.
There is no record with LIC as to how the policies were sent. However, LIC is demanding charges for the issue of duplicate policies.
