I superannuated from Foster Wheeler India Pvt Ltd, Chennai and my super annuation fund was with LIC. I opted to receive annuity and I was to receive payment of my first annuity of LIC P&GS on 16 Feb 2012. Its leaving us good feeling that you have been extending you king attention to our grievances promptly.
Sub:Non receipt of My Annuity No:011Q[protected] Policy No: 300341
I had been receiving quarterly payments against the above annuity/policy through ECS till early 2011 for rupees twelve hundred thirty nine (Rs 1239-/ only ).They kept sending for my ICICI Bank, Hyderabad in ECS mode (ECS LIC PGS DELHI /[protected].
Since then larger ammount of silence from LIC and suddenly recieved a "Proforma of Existence Certificate" from manager, P&GS which was duly submitted back to LIC, P&GS Dept, NewDelhi after duly filled, duly signed by Registered Medical Practictioner with registration No.on 8th augst 2011through registred post with acknowledgement slip.I had preserved all photo copies of the same including register post slip for record with me till date.
For unknown reasons to me I did not get the ECS payments from Jan 2011 till date.I have been waiting for the the response but in vein.
Hence I request you to please review this case and ensure that the ECS takes place immediately with all ammounts due to me are credited to my account forthwith through ECS
