[Resolved] Lichfl — Delay in disbursement of loan

I have been sanctioned housing loan Rs22.0lacs from Delhi Ansari road vide file no.31236. Last time after submission of demand letter, 3 months was taken in disbursement resulting penal intrest of Rs20000.00 was charged by builder for delayed payment. This time also I submitted demand letter on 2/11/2011 and after repeated visit to their ofice and request(there is no response on phone) cheque was received on 12/11/2011 whereas in other bank it is received on same day.Builder is charging penal interest for delays due to LICHFL. I had applied for additional loan on 1.07.2011, i had received the sanction letter on 30.09.2011(file no [protected]), but till now i haven:t received any cheque from lic, in this regard i had talk to kaushambi branch of lic, they say that we donot have any information in this regard, i had made a complaint to complaint officer
