Respected sir,

I Mudumbai ramakrishnamacharyulu bearing housing loan account number [protected] took loan an amount of Rs.12 lakhs on date[protected] with LIC housing finance limited kakinada,East godavari district,Andhra pradesh with a rate of interest 8.25% for a newly constructed flat D.NO:46-12-3/31, APARTMENT NO:T2, MGK TOWERS, CHURCH SQUARE CENTRE,JAGANNAICK PUR, KAKINADA ,PIN:533002.Your self deducted with an interest rate from me as given below.

upto May[protected].25%

upto August[protected].5%

upto November[protected].75%

at present deducting-----14.15% rate of interest.

My flat is a newly constructed flat directly purchased from the builder.It is not under mortguage.I complainted so many times to the Kakinada branch manager about cutting of higher rate of interest wrongly.They are telling that this issue we are keeping in our LIC housing finance portal somany times but we are not getting response from the chairman office.I vexed with your services to correct my loan account problem. I request you to please consider my e-mail as complaint and rectify the problem as soon as possible and also repay to me back what ever the excess amount your self deducted from me as interest.
