The complainant is having LIC policy bearing no.[protected] under Table and term[protected] HLY installment, date of commencement[protected]. It is money back policy with profits + acc. benefit on every 5 years from commencement. As per terms and condition of policy issued by LIC amount of 20% sum would be returned by the LIC in the month June 2007 and June 2012. But nothing has been returned till so far. Here it is necessary to mention that on delayed payment of Installment, LIC is taking interest @ 2% P.M. on the delayed payment. So the LIC authority be directed to make the payment along with interest @ 2% P. M. from the date of due to till realization of amount.
