life insurance company — complain regarding policy "amulya jeevan"

Dear Sir,

I,Simit Modi,had issued a cheque of amount 8925/- on 29.11.2009 for a policy of Amulya Jeevan with risk cover of amount 2500000/- to your authorized agent Mr Alkesh Modi. Cheque is already cleared & medical test formalities are done by me in Gandhinagar. But after some days i was communicated that I have reappear medical in Mehsana.
I have also cleared it.Some days later I was asked to submit I.T. return document.I have also provide it.

After some days I was again informed to do another medical in Mehsana.

This situation continued & till date i have done 5 time medical during 15 month but policy is not issued by your side.

On 25/2/2011 information given to me by your DO Mr. Asit Joshi you have to pay some extra premium approx Rs. 3300/- as my weight is on lesser side against height.

Also informed me for another medical in mehsana.
I am really surprised when your organisation decided for extra premium recover from me then what is aim for another medical??????

My issue is that during 15 month what do you do? I am already holding 4 policy "JIVAN ANAND" on my name. I am also private banker. By this issue i am feeling some jokes done with me.

Last time when i was in your mehsana office for premium pay for my old policies I was 5 minute late,So they did not accept my premium & send me to your collection agent.

IS IT JUSTIFIED 15 MONTHS OF DELAY???

life insurance company — Lic-Agent

We have many different kind of LIC policy of every person in my family.

We also have Oriental Insurance accident policy of every person in my family.

We have all the policy at least 7 yrs older.

And we have a one agent which handle all the above matters about our policy.

But after trusting him from 7 years we found so misbehavior and cheating in policy premium.

Now we are not giving a premium as per he told us. And we are not trusting him. We ask many questions for our premium details to him, so he doesn't like at all.

So now he not supporting us very well. and not giving us a policy status details when we asking to him. He promise us to give those details but he doesn't do that.

He also not guiding about our policy also.

So please tell me the procedure to change agent and how we handle this situation. We are so worried about our money. We have to file a complaint against this agent so what we do?
