I usually buy Lion seedless dates for daily consumption, and I was happy about the quality dates packed.

On last week I bought Lion Dates 500g with seeds (By one get one free) about Rs 74 .

I opened the packet and seen more than 50% dates are white and not eatable.
Remaining dates are bitter taste which has seeds.
Is it quality?
First time, I met the worst product form LION Dates.
Is it the dates or waste?

I'm very much disappointed about the product from Lion.

And then again visited to the super market, and shared my experience with the customers and friends who are bought the same Lion dates(Buy one and get one free). They are shocked and returned to shop immediately.

I hope due to this product LION may lose many number of customers.
And also requested LION to remove this product from the lion dates list, and get back this product from shops.
By this product Its really cheating the customers.

I bought this from MORE Supermarket, Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai.

I recently bought lion dated 250gms(Buy one get one free). Although I was suspicious about the quality I felt it was a good deal due to the price. I usually purchase desert king lion dates. The one I purchases was relatively low cost. The dates inside the pack had lot of black substances, I could not figure out what they were. Few of them had things like small leaves. Surprisingly one had a small feather(Crow's sup pos ably ).

Hi, i just bought Lion Arabian dates from supermarket ( buy one and get one free). I too found white patches in the date, surprised manufacturing date is 23rd june 2015 and i purchased on 3rd july. I don't understand how it's possible to sell spoilt items.

Horrible experience with Lion Arabian dates costing INR149 which has buy one and get one free. Manufacturing date as mentioned is 23june 2015 and i bought today 3rd july 2015. Unbelievable found white patches in all the dates, considering Lion date to be best and safe product i had and my mouth started itching and along with stomach ache.

But after this experience, will never buy any Lion product.
