[Resolved]  lloyd/portable A/C — not working properly

Respected sir/madam,

I have bought a LLOYD portable A/C on 2nd june 2012 from Nirmal tv centre,sultanwind road,Amritsar.
The a/c is not working properly from the very first day.After so many complaints no one can give me proper answer.I think i have make a big mistake to buy the LLOYD a/c.According to my view this is a defected piece,but not any person from service center takes the responsibility.please help me regarding this.

we purchase a new llyod ac but on 2 nd day ac working not properly nd we say to their customer care they did, nt hear our complaints nd never comes for ac
