Drainage problem in lloyd ac 1.5 ton
Last month the company officials came and could not find the problem and told us that there is no problem. But they took rs. 300 as their fees. But the watwer droplets coming by the side also. So this time send experienced professionals or technicians so that they can detect the problem and take the corrective measures....

I purchased a lloyd led 32on 08.07.2015. Its image was vanished all of a sudden on 03.09.16. We took it to service centre and it was repaired on a payment of rs.500/- although it was in warranty period of three years. Again on 10.11.17 second time it stopped functioning and booster was changed on payment. Now this is the third time that theled is not responding at all. After having shown to service centre the technical staff mr. Dharmendra told that a sum of rs.4500/-will have to be paid for servicing with only one month warranty. It seems the quality of above product is not good and creating problems...

Dear Sir,

I am writing this to you with full of frustration. This is in regard of poor customer service from LLOYD. I am having a top load washing machine which was having some technical issue. I raised a complaint and a representative visited and checked it. At that time machine was not making spin. He told me that there is a problem in Lid so he will order new and change it. Next day he again came and I don't know what he did. The whole machine got break down .Now he is asking to change PCB card and demanding 3k.
Is this how LLOYD providing service to customer? I need your...

Lloyd — technician could not resolve the issue

I have purchased an lloyd ac on 24 april. After few days of installation it was working fine but suddenly we smell something worse while switching it on. Sargam electronic has sent n - number of technician to resolve the issue but they are worthless, they are not even proper trained, the way they reacted on the issue. They replied very senselessly.ac is working and technician said, it might be the wire of the steplizer is burnt, sargam and lloyd don't have any trained technicians they just send them from road to repair. You sent n - number of jokers to resolve the issue.

I'm am really sorry to write this letter. We came to india from england on 29th july 2018. My brother bought a 39inch lloyd tv on 20th july 2018 and installed it on? 21st july 2018 in my father and mother in laws house. On 31st my son turned on the tv and saw that it was cracked on the inside and that half the screen was black. We went to the place were the tv was brought from. The people said that since it is cracked, they can't do anything and they are not responsible for anything and said they will inform the company. They sent the technician and they gave the report...

Lloyd — 3 months my lloyd ac under repair

My ac is almost 3 months under service. My demand is to replace the whole unit.

Previous job no: hil[protected], after waiting 2 months they replaced main board for swing motor not stopping complaint. After replacing main board, the very next day i found swing motor issue back again. I have reported this case through escalation and social media. But no response. I thought at least ac is working, this is my bad decision to buy a lloyd product.

From 31/07/2018 onwards ac unit is not cooling totally. Its powering on, but the compressor is not taking.

Respcted sir we bough lloyd 32 inches full hd tv on 29/09/2016 in a world cup offer, the vendor promised it will cover 4 years full warranty, but recently my tv is not working, so i made online complaint, but they are saying only one year completed so no warranty applicable
While selling the tv saying covering 4 years warranty, but when problem comes saying 1 year warranty is not good for companies like u

We had bought a lloyds led television (L40s) with the bill dated as_ july’2016.

While buying the product we had got a guarantee of five years during which time all damages and repairs were to be borne by the company’s authorised service provider for no cost whatsoever.

That recently, while within the guarantee period, the tv set developed certain lines on the screen without any external cause. I have purchased lloyd 32" LED at 8th august 2015 and suddentlu it is stop working. Voice is ok display is not working. We are able to hear the voice but unable to see pictures. I purchased 4 split Acs from your dealer Uniflame Equipment, MRD Road, Bamunimaidam, Guahati, Assam on the 13 th June 2017 for my new flat . During installation process one of the outer units was found faulty and was replaced . Lloyd service is utterly appalling . Unbelievable !! Several complaints reach absolutely nowhere ! An a.c. machine within warranty time keeps breaking down and no service is provided . Our 2 complaints are ID: 2001881 from 28.6. and also ID: 1993717 from 20.6. There is no integrity whatsoever with this company, no sense of efficiency or wish to deliver quality . Not recommendable at all !
Is there still a chance that someone will contact us from Lloyd and replace the machine they finally took ?...

Dear sir,

I purchased Lloyd’s led however it has started giving me problem from 21/05/2016 . The led tv purchased on 06/06/2014 which was installed on the 07th and from then it has started giving problem from 10/05/2016. Coming only sound and without display any type of picture.

I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper and said backlight problem then i said ok change this. Second time 29/09/2016 same problem come then the engineer...

This is in reference to the subject cited above for which we have lodged a service Complaint vide reference # HIL[protected] about the Non Functioning of BEEP while operating the Remote. The complaint was lodged on the 09 June 2018 and a technician has visited us which in turn took some parts from the Indoor Unit to be services/repaired/replaced. Purchased lloyd portable ac june 2016 and within 2months it started giving problems and no service executive knows a thing about portable ac so half of the season gets wasted to get it corrected

Lately portable ac isnt working since 2 weeks
After so many complaints service executive took ac for repair
Was charged 2500rs and still ac is freezing
Now issue of ac leaking water in 1 hour of working cropped up
Now give my 2500rs back
And replace this terrible product
