Regarding service issue/not cooling

I purchased an air conditioner from Bharat Shoppe on 02 June 2024.

Ever since I installed this AC, my AC has not been cooling. From that time till today, this problem has not been solved.in this regard, I complained to Lloyd Company 6 to 7 times continuously but have not got a solution yet.

Therefore, I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I am very upset with the service of this product.br...

Air conditioner 1.25 ton

I have purchased Lloyd Ac on 14 May, 2023.. From 2 month of purchase Ac is facing multiple issues like water leakage, cooling and many more problems regarding the compressor like noise. I have called customer care within guarantee period but no issues resolved now it’s being a year guarantee period is also gone…now they asking for customer charges for the service…when my issue is not resolved in the 2 months of purchase then why should I give customer service charges. Kindly change my product otherwise I Will take the action against the company.

    in date of 28/may/2024 but after the 4 days of installation, i am facing cooling problem i complaint 15/jun/ 2024. but after 20 days still i am waiting for the technician, when i called to customer care helpline number [protected], they said i will raised your complaint so we will solve it shortly and now still said same thing...

    I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent purchase of 3 Lloyd ACs (Havells brand) from Vasanth & Co's Madurai branch on April 29th, 2024. This has been a nightmare!

    Faulty AC from the Start:
    One AC seemed faulty from the beginning. Vasanth & Co sent technicians from Jeya Selva Electronics who seemed clueless. Their 12-hour installation raised red flags. Worse, they "fixed" the faulty AC without mentioning the issue!

    AC Not Working & Leaking Water!
    The next day, the disaster unfolded. One AC wouldn't work at all, and another leaked water! We contacted Vasanth & Co immediately.

    Unsatisfactory Service & Broken Promises:
    Days later, Jeya Selva sent technicians who moved one AC (space issue) and refilled gas in the faulty one, claiming it was fixed. They also "fixed" the leak temporarily. Both problems came back soon!

    More Delays & Unreliable Fixes:
    After weeks of pleading, more experienced technicians arrived. They fixed the leak but for the non-working AC, they just refilled gas again – a solution we couldn't trust.

    Replacement Request Ignored:
    We requested a replacement for the clearly faulty AC, but they insisted on "fixing" it before closing the case, despite our minimal use due to the malfunction.

    Problem Persists & AC Taken Away!
    Finally, a technician diagnosed a problem within the faulty AC last week. He took it away, saying a replacement needs Havells' approval!

    A Month of Waiting & No AC!
    It's been a month since purchase, and we're still waiting for a replacement AC. Calls and inquiries haven't helped.

    We Demand a Solution!
    This experience has been unacceptable. We demand a full refund for the faulty AC or a complete replacement with a new unit. The delays, incompetent technicians, and faulty products have caused immense stress.

    Please Help!
    We look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Please share any advice on how to get this resolved!

      urgent: unresolved ac repair issue for 15 days

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my malfunctioning LLOYD AC. Despite filing a complaint 15 days ago, my AC has not been repaired yet. This has caused me significant inconvenience, especially during the current heatwave, with temperatures consistently above 45°C for the past month.

      I have been a loyal LLOYD customer, having used your ACs in the past without issues....

              My Lloyd Split Convertor AC 1.5T suddenly shows E6 Error and cooling stops on 5th May night. Raised the complaint on 6th May morning through Reliance Digital from which I bought in Oct' 2023. After repeated follow up, with great difficulty to reach the rouge Customer service, the technician attended today i.e. 8th May at 8 pm without any details of the complaint, which is clearly given on the complaint a E6(as can be seen on the attached WhatsApp screenshot). After checking
              diagnosed as pcb problem and need to be replaced. Collected the KKG code saying without which the part cannot be booked. Also said the part may take 7-8 days depending on the availability. This kind o[censored]nprofessional customer service of the
              Lloyd/Havells is unacceptable. God knows when the part will come and the AC will work again on this heat wave.

                Service request with reference number [protected]

                I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I have received regarding the installation of my Lloyd Air conditioner. According to our agreement, the installation was supposed to be done by your company. I raised a service request with reference number [protected], but it has been four days and I have not received any communication from your company.

                I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and the poor service I have experienced so far. I have called your customer care multiple times, and while they assured me that the issue would be resolved and escalated, it seems like I have been misled. I have a simple question: why would you sell a product if you cannot fulfill your promises? It is unfair that I am unable to install the air conditioner from an external source due to warranty restrictions imposed by your company.

                I must say, I have never encountered such pathetic service before. It was a mistake on my part to choose a product from a company with such a low standard of service.

                I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and would appreciate a response as soon as possible.

                  I brought an Lloyd AC and during installation they said they need extra copper pipes, 4 in one wire, clamps nails etc. During installation I asked whether they are genuine one or not to the technician, he said they are from company and you will get bills regarding that. Upon seeing the items I doubted and asked again, technician skipped to answer them and I asked for bill means they said they will provide by evening but till date no bill was given. They gave me an Excel sheet will items and it's price but no company name or authorised signature. It's not a legitimate one. While I'm calling them they are rejecting the call, called the customer care and mailed the complaint but still there is no response. Request you to provide the bills. My contact number [protected].
