I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent purchase of 3 Lloyd ACs (Havells brand) from Vasanth & Co's Madurai branch on April 29th, 2024. This has been a nightmare!
Faulty AC from the Start:
One AC seemed faulty from the beginning. Vasanth & Co sent technicians from Jeya Selva Electronics who seemed clueless. Their 12-hour installation raised red flags. Worse, they "fixed" the faulty AC without mentioning the issue!
AC Not Working & Leaking Water!
The next day, the disaster unfolded. One AC wouldn't work at all, and another leaked water! We contacted Vasanth & Co immediately.
Unsatisfactory Service & Broken Promises:
Days later, Jeya Selva sent technicians who moved one AC (space issue) and refilled gas in the faulty one, claiming it was fixed. They also "fixed" the leak temporarily. Both problems came back soon!
More Delays & Unreliable Fixes:
After weeks of pleading, more experienced technicians arrived. They fixed the leak but for the non-working AC, they just refilled gas again – a solution we couldn't trust.
Replacement Request Ignored:
We requested a replacement for the clearly faulty AC, but they insisted on "fixing" it before closing the case, despite our minimal use due to the malfunction.
Problem Persists & AC Taken Away!
Finally, a technician diagnosed a problem within the faulty AC last week. He took it away, saying a replacement needs Havells' approval!
A Month of Waiting & No AC!
It's been a month since purchase, and we're still waiting for a replacement AC. Calls and inquiries haven't helped.
We Demand a Solution!
This experience has been unacceptable. We demand a full refund for the faulty AC or a complete replacement with a new unit. The delays, incompetent technicians, and faulty products have caused immense stress.
Please Help!
