[Resolved] Lloyd — LLOYD 43 LED TV - Panel Complaint | |||
I bought a LLOYD 43” LED TV from Bismi Connect on 1st Dec 2019 with three years warranty. Now the panel of the TV has gone and registered a complaint on 11th August 2021(ref: [protected]). After that a technician visited at our house and confirmed that the panel has been gone and he gave the assurance that either company will replace this panel or will provide a new TV. Even after more than 15 days of time no response has been received to us regarding the complaint. The again I spoke with LLOYD customer care on 24th Aug 2021 and they created a new case (ref: [protected]) and they promised that a senior technician will visit your house within 48 hrs and will provide solution. It’s been more than 15 days now without solution for our concerns. So, I’m requesting an immediate action on this. Thank You, Was this information helpful? | |||
