Lloyds Finance Ltd — NON RECEIPT OF FULL FD AMOUNT | |||
My name is T.V. SACHIDANANDAN .... I was working with Rallis India and have taken VRS 20 years ago ... I do not have any other source of income also do not get any pension .. Hence please help me get my Fixed Deposit amount along with the impending interest from LLOYDS FINANCE LTD ... I had placed a fixed deposit with LLOYDS FINANCE LTD way back on 30/04/1998 for Rs 10,000/- ...FDR (Receipt no) is [protected]/1 @ 14.75% pa for 12 months and the date of maturity was 30/04/1999 ... Forget the interest ... they have not even refunded the full deposit amount to us all these years ... and they are non contactable ..... After many follow ups with them they have finally refunded Rs 6000/- that too very late on 16/05/2000 ...Please liase with them and help me get back the remaining Rs 4000 of my deposit along with the interest on the whole amount of Rs 10000 (since i have not received any interest on the refunded amount of rs 6000 also ) for all these years( 30 /04/1998 till the present day ) ALSO KINDLY CHECK WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR ANY COMPENSATION FROM THEM FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME OVER THESE YEARS WHICH I BELIEVE I AM TRULY ENTITLED TO .. Lloyds Finance Limited — Non receipt of FD amount
I and my mother from bangalore invested Rs 20, 000/- on 2-12-96. The FD matured on 2-12-99. Till today we have not received the amount. Even the address of the company was also not avoilable.Lloyd Finance Ltd. — Non receipt of Fixed deposit maturity amount and interest
Dear Sir,I am holdind a fixed deposit receipt no.[protected]/1 for Rs.5000/- to be matured on 30.04.2001 for Rs.10000/- of Lloyd Finance Ltd.
This amount is unpaid till date. I have been in constant touch with their Delhi /Mumbai office on phone , Fax and emails, BUT IN VAIN
Against my recent mail the company has asked me to confirm the address, which was confirmed immediately.
Now they have stopped responding.
Please help to recover my hard earned money

I have deposited Rs14000.00 to this co. way back 1996 My folio no [protected] dated 23.11.1996, given for redemtion on 24.11.98 since then I've not got any response from the co. Ihave come to know from reliable source that Lloyds finance will pay the money according to law boards directive , but since 1998 I've not got any response from the Co. Lloyds Finance Limited — Non Refund of F D Amount
Dear Sir,I am house wife and saved a small amount every month and invested of months saving of RS. 5000/- to the CO vide Receipt NO. MUM 98003201/1 on date
7th October 1998 for the period of 36 months with a maturity date on 7th October 2001.
The original FD certificate was sent to the company by Registed Post on 1st February 2002. Inspite of several reminders there was no response from the Company as
if I am barking like a Dog. Why my hard saving is not Returned to me.
I would like you to know that the Company in his letter Ref: FD/PR-MUM 98003201 dated 07-October 1998. Compan_bosted that" Today Lloyed Finance CO. ranks 2nd among all NBFC,S in INDIA as regards to fixed deposit base" What is that mean?
Kindly help me as I need my money back.

Dear Sir,It is inform you that myself Parmeshwar Prasad had deposited INR 140075 /- to LLYODS Finance Ltd, Mumbai in two separate Fixed deposits, receipts nos C/[protected] / 1 (for Rs 80,075) and F/[protected]/1 (for Rs 60,000). Both FDs are already matured in Year 1998 but I have not received any money from the company.
The local office in Ranchi has already closed down and I don't have any local contact point to urge my complain.
I request you to kindly pay attention to the matter and do the needful.

Nonreceipt of FD Amount
I deposited Rs.20000/- as a fixed deposite of Rs. 10000 each with Lloyds Finance Ltd. vide FD Receipt No.1398/1078 & 1398/1080 having maturity date 13/8/1999. I had submitted my FD,s on Co.'sBaroda Office. and was told that I will get the matured amount by DD. There after many time I contacted the Co. office either by phone or in person but so far I have not received the amount. I came to know that Baroda office is closed and i have no other contact address or numbers since the propvided contact numbers do not respond. I will request to fellow complaintents to share the information of Compaty in this regard.

F.D — non receipt of FD amount
I HAD INVESTED RS 15000/- EACH IN ROOFIT AND SUNEARTH FD'S BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO REPLY REGARDING THE STATUS OF OUR MONEY. ANYBODY WHO HAS GOT MORE INFORMATION PL LET ME KNOW TO TAKE ACTION
