Dear Sir/Madam, With respect to the above subject till now i didn't receive my PF amount. Please find the Below my PF details and do needful. Actually i called so many time to PF office they told we already sent cheque like that but i didn't receive any amount. If they really sent cheque the send me the cheque details to mail mail ID. No one reply me for my last 10 Month so please do needful for me and I would like to inform You That My name is yunus.husain and worked Lobo staffing solution through the wep Peripheral Ltd and now Wep Solution India LTD and my P.F No MH/42857/3588 and please send the P.F in my account and my account no [protected] state bank of india and i have been submited all formalties .Join date 24 jan 2007 and till 31 dec 2008 please do needfull for me

I-SOLUTIONS PVT LTD — Not Received The Cheque Of PF
To,Assistant P.F Commissioner
SRO, Kandivali,
Mumbai.
This is reference to above subject that your concerned department has sent the cheque to my ICICI Bank at Ganesh plaza, kankaria, maninagar, ahmedabad dated 12/12/08.After that i received a second letter from your side for REAUTHORIZATION of PF Account no MH/94095/1449 DATED 19/03/09 said that my cheque no 58394 & 135237 were returned back due to reason- NOT KNOWN.
I fail to understand that bank is there & my account is also with the bank.If it is not possible to deliver than send it at my residential address.It is more than 4 months gone & there is no progress from your side.Kindly requested to look into this matter ASAP.
