My wife was employed as staff nursein the Hospital till 1991 and took leave due to hepatatis 'B'' which she contracted during her duties in the hospital. Not only did they refuse he leave but forcibly took a resignation from her and kept it with them for all these years. When approched for reinstatement they refused pointing out that she had resigned and her resignation has been accepted. When asked for acceptance of resignation, they couldn't produce one. My wife could seek job elsewhere since she is already empolyed in one institution'and had been without job for 17 years. She has gradution in Nursing.
