[Resolved] Lok Nayak Hospital — birth certificate details correction | |||
Dear sir I submitted birth certificate rectification form with mr dinesh, mrd block, lnjp hospital, near delhi gate, delhi-110002 on 1st july 2019, the officer said it will take 10 to 15 days for correction in spellings of parent’s name of girl child, than i visited after 15 days concerned person was not available than again i visited after a week than person said its not done it will take another week. Since than i visited many times and it is almost 5 months passed but the correction letter is not yet issued by the department. I would request you to look in to this and what is the reason for such delays i need this in coming months for admission in schools. Nov 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The said hospital has not taken any step for correction. I am just visiting them again and again but there is nobody to listen. Lok Nayak Hospital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I have visit my wife this hospital but doctor is not available Room.no 230 I am very distapointed so please take a action no any backup doctor I am already 4 to 5 hr waiting treatment. Please reply my message.
