[Resolved] Loop Mobile — Call Drops - Bad Network | |
I have been a BPL subscriber for over 6 years having my mobile number [protected]. I was very happy with the services until March this year. I have registered a number of complaints because of call dropping. I wrote to Mr Sumeet Badlaney the head of the contact centre also. The technical team visited my residence & said that someone in the area had installed a booster because of which I was facing the said problem. We have 4 LOOP Mobile connections & all o[censored]s having the same problem. We have an Airtel & 3 Reliance connections but theres no problem with them. I would have loved to surrender all connections but its going to be difficult intimating our relatives/clients/friends etc hence we sticking on with LOOP. Would want you to look into the matter & help me out at your earliest. Was this information helpful? | |

i m harish gohil using ur bpl sim card last 1yrs my mobile num is [protected] & i face network releted poblem for last 1yrs a go. i give so manny times complaint but never get any solution so do need full as soon as possible

I am also have same problem in breach candy mumbai area about 100 loop mobile customer but we have also suffering from network problem we send 4 e-mail but no any reply was given by loop mobile then we sent at least 4 letter to loop mobile mahim center but no any reply given by them.my mobile no is [protected]
wat the loop is this? no one is getting connected to each other through this loop. this hole network is irritating me. once if i get chance to meet the mother owner of this network i will screw him up. this owner have no idea how much we all hate him. bloody
Loop Mobile — Weak network
In spite of repeated complaints there is no improvement in the network. The calls dropped every time. As I am using this service provider for last 10 years I can not change the service provider. yes bpl network sucks big time !!...it is soo bad ..i dunno who told them they are mumbais best network ?

PLs sir your network is very bad because when I phone on land line it does not work my number is [protected] fro that number it not clear why it is i have given many complaint but no request is forward it sir pls she to thi matter.
