Loop Mobile Mumbai — rejecting my mobile number porting request even i paid bill in advance

my name is onkaar krishna thombare mobile no. [protected] I am trying to port my number in vodafone from 21st of september 2013 1st time request rejected and i got msg from vodafone that your current operator rejected porting request then i paid advance bill of rs 300 . last day i got call from loop n i havent received due to some reason then i called in customer care they told u will get another call from loop in next 24 hours still i am waiting for call ... no call no response loop mobile has stopped taking complaints from there website . customer care executive not responding call ...
