[Resolved]  Louis Quartz wrist watch — WATCH RECEIVED WITH NOT WORKING CONDITION

Dear Sir/Mad'm,

Have bought a louis quartz watch set product code:781 from AVA merchandising pvt. ltd, delhi, through Hdfc catalog product, which is not working hence have complained with the above merchant, he has replaced with new one. that is too not working. refer inv no.[protected] dt.28.1.2008 have complained through phone again still no response. request to help to get at least authoised service centre in india, chennai get it serviced. which leads to discouraging buying catalog product, through catalog selling, lot of income being generated such companies but if they look at some quality of service would help them make more profit out of it by getting additional customers though good products selection.
